This program is designed to benefit school programs (classrooms, clubs, bands and sports programs to name a few) through their Parent Teacher Associations. These opportunities may also benefit churches through their mission's programs. The possibilities to use this program for any fundraising event are endless!

You have the option of designing your own label art and have us reproduce the original or, for a small fee, we will work with you to design a label that best represents your identity and message.
The rest is easy! Simply print out the Fundraiser Order Form and Coffee Description sheet located at the bottom of this page. Make the copies you need. Start selling! When the deadline for your fundraiser is over, call us with the amount of coffee you have sold. We will label the bags, roast the coffee, and fill the order. We will deliver or ship* your coffee to you. It's that easy!
A Simple Pricing Model
- We sell wholesale to your organization fresh roasted, quality coffee for $6 per bag.
- Your organization sells the coffee from $10 to $12 per bag, which is right in line with specialty coffee in today's market. Coffee is consumed--it must be replaced routinely. Since most adults purchase and drink coffee on a regular basis - they may as well purchase from your organization which they trust and support or they can buy from our website with a special code for your organization. Mississippi Coffee will calculate your organizations sales for each month and send a check to you!
- Using the above sales figures, your organization would make between $5 to $7 per bag.
- If 500 members of your organization each sell 5 bags of coffee (that is just five items for each member to handle) you will make at least $12,500.00. Wow! Compare this to your known fundraising results through other venues and we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised!
