The Mississippi Coffee Company roasts each coffee to bring out each beans unique and flavorful characteristics.  The coffees are categorized to help you find just the right coffee for you.  All coffees are roasted to order and the freshness is measured in days, not weeks or months.

Coffee Blends

All of our coffees that we use in our blends are roasted seperately before blending, this way each bean is able to develop it's own unique characteristic. We carefully cup and decide which coffees will work together best to bring out the desired taste we are looking for. When you have one of our hand blended coffees you will be tasting a blend that was carefully selected by our roast master.

Coffee Origins (Varietals)

When we use the term origins we are refering to coffee that comes from specific countries. All of our coffees that we offer are relationship coffees; coffee that is coming from a specific country and directly supports coffee farmers in those regions. Many in the specialty coffee arena use the term varietals for their origins but we feel that can confuse people with blends. Our coffees support medical facilities, water wells, schools and other projects in that particular coffee growing region.
